I take the two and mix them together for 25/75 blend. 25% ZuPreem 75% Roudybush

Spray Millet
Served once per week
Spray Millet for Birds
For each Bird I use about 2 inches off the Millet Spray.

Sun Flower
Served once per week
Small black Sunflower seeds
For each Bird I try to use about 15 seeds. I double that for Parrotlets

Why use the black Sunflower seeds over others. It is small and you birds can eat more of them. This also helps in trimming the beak. Your birds need seeds to help aid in keeping the beak trimmed.
Please note that Parrotlets can eat even more than 15. Parrotlets use up a lot of energy. More so than Cockatiels and Conures.

Cuttlebone
For each Bird cage I use one Cuttlebone. Please note that if you only have a male bird. It may seem like they have no interest or use for the Cuttlebone. You should still have one available. Males do not spend as much time on a Cuttlebone as females

Why use the cuttlebone. It also aids in trimming the beak and is good for bone structure and hens when it is egg laying time.

Calcium BlockCalcium Block

Calcium Mineral Blocks
For each cage use 1 or 2 Calcium Mineral Block. Please note that if you only have a male bird. It may seem like they have no interest or use for the Calcium Block. You should still have one available. Males do not spend as much time on a Calcium Block. as females
Why use Calcium Mineral Blocks. It is good for bone structure and hens when it is egg laying time.

As much as they will eat

Why add seeds to your bird's diet when the other foods are supposed to be a complete diet. Your birds need seeds to help aid in keeping the beak trimmed. And eating seeds also helps keep your bird amused.

This is going to be the most important part of your birds diet. WATER Clean water is the key to a healthy bird. You will notice that you bird will use its water dish for a toilet, Bathtub, and to soak food. All of which makes the water nasty and can, it may not but can lead to health issues. So try to get that water changed two to three times a day. I know it seems like a lot of work. But the payoff is well worth it.

My balanced Diet for My larger birds, like Blue and Gold Macaw, African Greys.

I use the same feeding schedule and structure as stated above.

I have never had much luck with fruits and cockatiels. Cockatiels do not eat fruit in the wild. So I guess it stands to reason that they are not keen on it in the home. However some people not me have had luck with Cockatiels and fruits. Search the internet to find out what fruits are safe. As for my Parrotlets and Conures. They seem to love fruit. I have had the best luck with these three fruits. Bananas, Red Grapes and White Grapes. Be sure to wash them with COLD and rinse and rinse some more. Chop up the fruit as it will be more appealing to your birds if it is more manageable for them.
