M1 Pied Cockatiels
There are no distinguishable markings between Male and Female Pied birds. There can be a lot of light or white, "a heavy Pied" or they can just have yellow on the back of their head, "a split pied".

M2 Lutino Cockatiels
Lutino babies, Females, and adult males all look alike. If you look close, you may be able to see strpes on the tale feathers of the babies and the Females that will not be on the adult males. Both are born with red eyes.

M3 PEARL/Oplaine/Laced Cockatiels
Adult male cockaCockatiels lose their pearl markings at about one year in age. At this time they look like a normal gray bird. The Females will keep the pearl markings for their lifetime .

Dominant Silver will appear paler, with a brownish wash to their plumage. Their eyes are brown and the beak and legs are charcoal to black.

The Pewter Cockatiel Mutation is exclusive to Australia
Lighter than normal grey but the tone is darker than cinnamon and the feet are much darker compared to the cinnamon.
